Hello,
I'm at it again :) This time I decided you deserve to see / hear me suffer to raise a few pounds for mental health charity 'Rethink Mental illness UK'...not a straight forward run but something a little bit more challenging......so I have signed up to Tough Mudder 10K which involves climbing over various obstacles, negotiating tractor tyres stuck in the mud, swinging from ropes and jumping off heights. If anyone knows me well, this sort of activity scares the daylights out of me.....but if it raises a few quid for this worthwhile cause, I think it's worth it. Would be delighted with your support.
